“The inexperienced operator doesn’t know what he or she doesn’t know,”
said Collup. “That’s why it’s good to have a classroom setting that includes
some people who have extensive operating experience and knowledge
about the specific site and the safety side of things there along with the inexperienced
people. Then we can have that open discussion and the information
can be passed down.”
