 Across Canada, limitation  periods  
 are  provincially  governed  
 by limitations legislation. In  
 Saskatchewan, The Limitations Act, SS 2004 (the  
 “Act”) creates a general rule: a claimant must  
 commence a proceeding within two years after  
 a claim is discovered.
