of work-related deaths in Saskatchewan.
Asbestos can be found in over 3,000 different
products manufactured up to the mid-1990s, such
as brake pads, thermal insulation and fireproofing.
When tiny asbestos fibres get airborne, they can
get into the lungs and cause severe damage over
many years.
If you think there is a risk of asbestos, test for
it to protect yourself and your co-workers.
