“Drivers” of
Innovation – Wanted
Thursday, Nov. 17 – 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.
Innovation can be applied to any goal or
strategy. Fostering a culture of innovation
will allow you to harvest the best ideas
from your entire team and lead to competi-tive
advantages and better progress on im-plementing
your strategy.
Dr. Brooke Dobni of the Edwards School
of Business has scientifically identified the
12 drivers of innovation, and has developed
a proven method of measuring the culture
of an organization against these drivers.
The resulting assessments can be bench-marked
against the thousands of organiza-tions
and are prescriptive; after all, one can
manage what one can measure.
